2 pastured eggs 1/4 cup milk of choice (optional) 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 tsp pure salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 TBSP natural sugar (optional) 2 TBSP butter, ghee, or coconut oil approx 6 slices high quality bread (give or take depending on how big the bread is) Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 5 mins.
