1 ripe banana, mashed 8 eggs 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup natural sugar 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/2 tsp pure salt 3/4 cup coconut flour, sifted 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup walnuts (optional) Preheat oven to 350. Blend together mashed banana, eggs, coconut milk, sugar, stevia, vanilla, and salt. Combine coconut flour w/ baking powder & whisk thoroughly into batter until there are no lumps.
