Corn Bread

6 eggs 1/3 cup butter or ghee, melted 1/3 cup honey 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/2 tsp pure salt 1/4 cup coconut flour, sifted 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup cornmeal Mix together eggs, butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Combine coconut flour, baking powder, and cornmeal, and whisk into batter until there are no lumps. Fill greased 8X8 square baking dish. 8 eggs 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice) 1/4 cup molasses 1/2 cup natural sugar 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1/2 tsp pure salt 2/3 cup sifted coconut flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter, melted 1 cup peeled, chopped apples Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
