Creamed Corn
20 oz frozen corn kernels, thawed 2 cups whole milk 1 tsp pure salt 2 TBSP natural sugar rounded 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 TBSP real butter 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese. Bring everything (except cheese) to a boil in a 2 qt saucepan. Reduce to a simmer & cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally so the bottom doesn’t burn. Add cheese.
