8 eggs 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice) 1/4 cup molasses 1/2 cup natural sugar 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1/2 tsp pure salt 2/3 cup sifted coconut flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter, melted 1 cup peeled, chopped apples Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup honey 12 drops vanilla creme liquid stevia 3 eggs 2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup brown rice flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp pure salt 1/2 cup plus 1 TBSP coconut oil (or butter), melted 1 cup blueberries (thawed, if using frozen) Mix together honey, stevia & eggs.
