Sweet & Salty Mahi

1/4 cup tamari/soy sauce 2 TBSP honey 1 garlic clove, minced or crushed 2 mahi filets (about 7 ounces each) In a small bowl (or measuring cup), whisk together soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Place filets in glass pyrex dish and pour marinade over the top. If you have time, cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or two. 6 eggs 1/3 cup butter or ghee, melted 1/3 cup honey 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/2 tsp pure salt 1/4 cup coconut flour, sifted 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup cornmeal Mix together eggs, butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. A sweet treat in honor of Halloween…. 🙂 2 eggs 1/4 cup honey 1/4 tsp vanilla creme liquid stevia** 1 cup almond butter (or other nut-butter) 1/4 tsp pure salt 2 TBSP coconut flour, sifted 1 TBSP brown rice flour 1/4 cup high quality choc chips (or nibs) 2 TBSP coconut oil, melted 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional) choc chips for sprinkling over the top Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Refrigerator Oatmeal

Yet another version of oatmeal we like for variation, moreso in the warmer months…. 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup milk of choice 1/2 TBSP chia seeds (optional) 1/8 tsp cinnamon 1/2 TBSP ground flax seeds berries extra milk for serving Before bed, mix together oats, milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Cover and place in refrigerator over night (I use a glass pyrex bowl w/ lid). In the morning, sprinkle ground flax, berries, and milk over the top.
