coconut oil (or sesame oil) a few cloves of garlic (3 to 5), minced or pressed a handful of scallions, chopped a handful of greens (any kind) about 6 carrots, chopped about 6 celery stalks, chopped 6 cups water 6 TBSP brown rice miso Chop vegetables. Flourless Walnut Brownies

1 cup nut-butter (almond, peanut…whatever type you like) 2 eggs 1/4 tsp pure salt 1/3 cup plus 2 TBSP honey 1/4 tsp pure vanilla 1/4 cup cocoa (or cacao) powder 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, divided 1/4 cup chocolate chips or nibs (more or less) Preheat oven to 325°. Grease an 8×8 square baking dish. Mix all ingredients except choc chips & walnuts into a bowl, & beat with electric mixer. 2 tortillas extra virgin olive oil pure salt garlic powder 1 medium onion, sliced thinly 4 oz shredded cheese of choice (more or less) tomatoes, sliced (I use about 12 cherry tomatoes & slice them into thirds) freshly ground black pepper fresh basil (optional) Caremelize onions by sauteing over medium-low heat in olive oil for about 10 to 15 mins.
