A real-food, good-for-ya, and extremely tasty breakfast cereal….. FOR THE CEREAL BASE: 3 cups buckwheat groats 3 TBSP coconut oil, melted 1/4 cup maple syrup (or approx 24 drops of liquid stevia) 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 tsps cinnamon 1/4 tsp pure salt Rinse buckwheat in fine mesh strainer and transfer to a large bowl.
